Renovation Plans
Richland Library is excited to announce that construction began in the summer of 2019 on a new library location in the Lower Richland community.
Located across the street from Lower Richland High School, the new library location will feature new releases and a cultivated collection, public computers and laptops, a meeting space, and programs that focus on literacy, workforce development and social services.
Richland Library Lower Richland (9019 Garners Ferry Road) is expected to open by the end of 2019, marking our 13th library location in Richland County.
