As seen on WIS News 10, Richland Library started construction on its new Edgewood location December 14, 2017 with a groundbreaking ceremony. The more than $2 million project will focus on renovating and reconfiguring an old Dollar General building into a nearly 7,500 square-foot library. The new library will include a meeting space, makerspace, children's area and front porch. Construction is expected to last 12-15 months.
