Look Up! Children's Area Surrounded by Natural Elements

If customers look up, they can enjoy a customized art piece in the Children's Area at Richland Library Wheatley. Installed in August 2018, local artist Mary Robinson created a piece, titled Community. She was inspired by nature and local residents who engaged in a public, print-making workshop last year. They submitted their favorite insects, birds and animals that might be found in the sky or upper branches of South Carolina trees.
