Lower Richland Library Location Announced

For several years, we have worked closely with residents to create a more established presence in the Lower Richland community. We are thrilled to announce that a new library location will open in Hopkins in 2019. Located at 9019 Garners Ferry Rd, the library will offer new release books, music and movies; public computers; holds pick-up; and programs for children, teens and adults with a focus on literacy, workforce development and social services.
