Main's Upper Level Parking Lot Closed

Richland Library Main is starting construction on the upper level parking lot, located at the corner of Hampton and Park Streets. The area closed to the public at 9 p.m., Thursday, June 15, 2017. Exterior work to the property also is resulting in the closure of the Hampton Street entrance, meaning customers have to access the building from the Assembly Street entrance. A portion of the Park Street sidewalk surrounding the upper level parking lot is going to be restricted by fencing as well.
