Learn about culinary techniques, regional and international cuisine, health, and culinary literacy in our new 536 square-foot Teaching Kitchen and 1,400 square-foot Classroom/Meeting Space. With 16 student prep spaces, an array of equipment from convection ovens to blenders and beyond, the kitchen will offer children, teens and adults the opportunity to learn new skills, explore their culinary passions and expand their palate.
