New Year, New Kitchen

One of the most exciting features of Northeast's renovation will be the addition of a teaching kitchen. This kitchen will allow local experts to teach culinary classes that focus on basic cooking skills, nutrition, food history and local vegetables and produce. In the picture below, you can see beginnings of the teaching kitchen in the background, complete with large exhaust fan/vent. In the foreground will be tables, chairs and workstations for our customers. I'm getting hungry already!
